Challenge questions

To help keep your banking information secure, if Business Online does not recognize your device when you sign in, it presents challenge questions that you must answer successfully. When you successfully answer the questions, the system permits you to sign in.

After signing in successfully to Business Online, you can change your challenge questions and the associated answers.

To change the challenge questions and the associated answers:

1. On the Profile page, click the Edit button associated with the Challenge questions section. The system displays the additional fields.
2. From the First challenge question, Second challenge question, and Third challenge question drop-down lists, select different challenge questions to answer.
3. Type the answer in the answer field associated with each challenge question.
4. Click Save. The system displays the Profile page along with a message that it successfully changed the challenge questions and the associated answers.

Notes:

• The system by default masks the sensitive information, click Show within a field to hide masking characters in that field For additional information about the hide and show functionality, see the Hide or show personal information topic.
• The answer to each question must be unique.
• The minimum length for each answer is four characters.
• The maximum length for each answer is 83 characters.
• The answer cannot have any special characters.
• When verifying your answers to the challenge questions, the system ignores the casing in which you typed the answers.
